Advanced Call Routing and Fallback

ENUM Routing
The ENUM routing support is fully configurable. If a destination is not available through ENUM, it will be dialed through the telephony trunking provider that is normally selected by the routing engine.

SIP Trunking

CallAPI
CallAPI interface allows VoipNow customers to use HTTP REST based methods in order to initiate calls or control existing calls. This functionality basically adds telephony functionality to any third party software.
SystemAPI
Management level integration with third-party applications is possible through the SystemAPI. Using this SOAP based API, third party software can work with the VoipNow system to manage users, features or call related options such as call charging.
Developer Plug-ins
Administrators can extend system capabilities using the internal plug-ins that are executed on system hooks. This opens the gate for more in-depth integrations with the service.

Record Conversations
VoipNow provides two call recording options: event-driven - in this case, employees need to press a button for the recording to start; or unconditional call recordings - the management sets up recording to trigger automatically.

Call Screening

Incoming Call Rules
This feature improves privacy protection, automates tasks, and enhances user productivity. You can filter incoming calls according to CallerID and time of call and by means of rules that trigger a set of predefined actions, such as call hang-up or transfer to specific phone numbers.
Local Agents
Call centers have become critical to the success of most businesses. With a combination of IVRs and queues, you can direct all incoming calls to their right destinations. Local agents can log into the queue and start helping your customers right away.
Remote Agents
Remote agents can connect from any phone on the public telephony network, such as mobile. Once authenticated, they will be logged into the queue and behave like local agents. The Call Confirmation feature prevents automatic call answering because it requires remote agents to confirm a call before taking it.
Moderators
