Evaluation Support

Free 30 days support is available during the evaluation period. The support services offered during the evaluation period are performed according to the Software Update Subscription program. In order to contact support, open a ticket in the online Help Desk. Registration is free.

Please contact support as described in the 4PSA software or service purchase email. If you cannot locate this email, please open a ticket in the online Help Desk.
If you purchased a phone support package, please call the 4PSA support call center. Keep the support access number PIN handy, it will be requested during the support escalation procedure.

Bugs Reporting

4PSA implements CMM (Capability Maturity Model) standard in order to provide the lowest level of defect possible. You can report bugs using this online form. You are kindly requested to report bugs using the appropriate report channels.
