Service Provider Level
The Service Provider level comes with full Unified Communications functionality ( VoipNow Professional) and operations and business automation ( VoipNow Automation):
- The package includes support for 100 extensions. You can add more than 100 extensions and the system will automatically auto-scale its resources.
- Usually, an extension is an end-user for the system (employee of the client company), but some extension types such as call queues, IVRs, Intercom are also shared by end-users on the same client company.
